  1  1             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 101
  1  2                   By Rants and Murphy
  1  3    BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
  1  4 SENATE CONCURRING, That a joint convention of the two
  1  5 houses of the 2006 session of the Eighty-first General
  1  6 Assembly be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2006, at
  1  7 10:00 a.m.; and
  1  8    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Governor Thomas J.
  1  9 Vilsack be invited to deliver his budget message at
  1 10 this joint convention of the two houses of the General
  1 11 Assembly, and that the Speaker of the House of
  1 12 Representatives and the Co-Presidents of the Senate be
  1 13 designated to extend the invitation to him.
