  1  3    It is the intent of the general assembly that moneys
  1  4 appropriated from the general fund of the state for community
  1  5 college employee salaries be appropriated separately from
  1  6 moneys otherwise appropriated from the general fund for use by
  1  7 community colleges.
  1  8                           EXPLANATION
  1  9    This bill states the general assembly's intent that moneys
  1 10 appropriated from the general fund of the state for community
  1 11 college employee salaries should be appropriated separately
  1 12 from moneys otherwise appropriated to community colleges.
