  1  1    Section 1.  NONRESIDENT ANTLERLESS DEER ONLY HUNTING
  1  2 LICENSE.  Notwithstanding section 483A.1, subsection 2,
  1  3 paragraph "f", beginning on July 1, 2004, and ending on
  1  4 January 1, 2006, the natural resource commission shall charge
  1  5 fifty dollars for a nonresident antlerless deer only deer
  1  6 hunting license.
  1  7                           EXPLANATION
  1  8    This bill provides that beginning on July 1, 2004, and
  1  9 ending on January 1, 2006, the natural resource commission
  1 10 shall charge nonresidents a fee of $50 for an antlerless deer
  1 11 only deer hunting license.  The bill makes this fee change
  1 12 available for this period of time notwithstanding Code section
  1 13 483A.1, subsection 2, paragraph "f", which provides that such
  1 14 licenses cost $150.
