  1  1    Section 1.  CHILDREN=AT=HOME PROGRAM EXPANSION.  There is
  1  2 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
  1  3 department of human services for the fiscal year beginning
  1  4 July 1, 2004, and ending June 30, 2005, the following amount,
  1  5 or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
  1  6 designated:
  1  7    For expansion of the children=at=home program in order for
  1  8 the program to be available in up to 28 counties in the state:
  1  9 .................................................. $    150,000
  1 10    The moneys appropriated in this section are in addition to
  1 11 any other moneys appropriated or allocated for purposes of the
  1 12 children=at=home program for FY 2004=2005.
  1 13                           EXPLANATION
  1 14    This bill makes an appropriation for expansion of the
  1 15 children=at=home program for families with special needs
  1 16 children administered by the department of human services.
  1 17 For several years this program has been funded as an
  1 18 allocation under the annual appropriation to the department
  1 19 for purposes of the family support subsidy program.
  1 20 Currently, the program is available in 14 counties.
