Code 1 16 section 166D.13 governs the exhibition of swine (e.g., at a 1 17 fair) and their movement from a home herd to an exhibition and 1 18 back. One provision in the Code section provides that swine 1 19 returning from an exhibition must be isolated and retested for 1 20 pseudorabies between 30 and 60 days after reaching their home 1 21 herd. The bill removes the retesting requirement. 1 22 LSB 5882YH 80 1 23 da/pj/5 1 24 1 25 1 26 1 27 1 28 1 29 1 30 1 31 1 32 1 33 1 34 1 35
