Senate File 154 - Enrolled Senate File 154 AN ACT EXEMPTING HYDROEXCAVATION EQUIPMENT FROM CERTAIN SIZE, WEIGHT, LOAD, AND PERMIT REQUIREMENTS ON HIGHWAYS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: Section 1. Section 321.453, subsection 1, Code 2023, is amended by adding the following new paragraph: NEW PARAGRAPH . e.
