House File 185 - Enrolled House File 185 AN ACT RELATING TO BUSINESSES’ ELIGIBILITY FOR THE BUTCHERY INNOVATION AND REVITALIZATION PROGRAM, AND INCLUDING APPLICABILITY PROVISIONS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: Section 1. Section 15E.370, subsection 4, paragraph e, Code 2023, is amended to read as follows: e. The business must employ less than fifty seventy-five full-time, nonseasonal individuals.
