AUTHORITY,
AND
INCLUDING
TRANSITION
PROVISIONS.

ASSEMBLY

THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:

Section

amended
to
read
as

Temporary
appointments

peace
officer
status.
The
director
may
appoint
temporary
officers
for
a
period
not
to
exceed
six
months
and
may
adopt
minimum

requirements

officers.

moneys
remaining
in
any
account
or
fund
under
the
control
of
the
Missouri
river
preservation
and
land
use
authority
shall
be
transferred
to
the
general
fund
of
the
state
on
the
effective
date
of
this
Act.
