ASSEMBLY
OF
THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:

is
amended
by
adding
the
following
new
paragraph:

,
or
section

by
twenty-five
miles
per
hour
or
more,
if
the
violation
is
the
proximate
cause
of
the
death
of
the
other
person.
This
