Section 204.2, subsection 11, paragraph b, subparagraph (1), Code 2021, is amended to read as follows: (1) An item or part of an item with a maximum delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration that exceeds three-tenths of one percent on a dry weight basis. Sec. 38. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act, being deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment.
