There
is
appropriated
from
the
general
fund
of

to
the
department
of

and
emergency

the

or

thereof
as
is
necessary,
to
be
used
to
conduct
a
governance
and
funding
of

districts

designated
until
the
close
of
the
succeeding
fiscal
year.

Act,

importance,
takes
effect
