House File 234 - Enrolled House File 234 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LIFETIME TROUT FISHING LICENSE FOR CERTAIN OLDER IOWANS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: Section 1. Section 483A.24, Code 2021, is amended by adding the following new subsection: NEW SUBSECTION . 19. Upon payment of a fee established by rules adopted pursuant to section 483A.1 for a lifetime trout fishing license, the department shall issue a lifetime trout fishing license to a person who is at least sixty-five years of age.
