BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: DIVISION I FY 2018-2019 Section 1. PRIMARY ROAD FUND. 1. There is appropriated from the primary road fund created in section 313.3 to the department of transportation for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019, the following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose designated:
