House File 325 - Enrolled House File 325 AN ACT RELATING TO WEAPONS REQUIREMENTS FOR NONAMBULATORY HUNTERS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: Section 1. Section 483A.8C, subsection 1, Code 2019, is amended to read as follows: 1. A nonambulatory person who is a resident may be issued one any sex deer hunting license which is valid and may be used to hunt deer with a shotgun or a muzzleloading rifle during any established deer hunting season using the method of take authorized by rule for each season being hunted. If the tag is filled during one of the seasons, the license will not be valid in subsequent seasons . A person who applies for a license
