BE
IT
ENACTED
BY
THE
GENERAL
ASSEMBLY
OF
THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:
Section
1.
MEDICAID
HOME
AND
COMMUNITY-BASED
SERVICES
ELDERLY
WAIVER
MAXIMUM.
The
department
of
human
services
shall
eliminate
the
monthly
budget
maximum
or
cap
for
individuals
eligible
for
the
Medicaid
home
and
community-based
services
elderly
waiver.
The
department
shall
track
the
average
amount
expended
per
waiver
recipient
each
fiscal
year
beginning
July
