Senate File 2333 - Enrolled Senate File 2333 AN ACT RELATING TO AMUSEMENT CONCESSIONS CONCERNING ALLOWABLE PRIZES AND INCLUDING EFFECTIVE DATE PROVISIONS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: Section 1. Section 99B.31, subsection 1, paragraph h, Code 2018, is amended to read as follows: h. The actual retail value of any prize does not exceed one nine hundred fifty dollars. If a prize consists of more than one item, unit, or part, the aggregate retail value of all items, units, or parts shall not exceed one nine hundred fifty dollars.
