Section
1.
NEW
SECTION
.
152.9A
Limited
nursing
authorization.
The
board
may
issue
a
limited
authorization
to
a
nurse
to
complete
the
clinical
component
of
a
nurse
refresher
course.
The
board
shall
determine
the
length
of
time
a
limited
nursing
authorization
shall
remain
effective.
