House File 2404 - Enrolled House File 2404 AN ACT RELATING TO RESTITUTION PAID TO THE ESTATE OR HEIRS AT LAW OF A CRIME VICTIM. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: Section 1. Section 910.3B, Code 2018, is amended by adding the following new subsection: NEW SUBSECTION . 4.
