IT
ENACTED
BY
THE
GENERAL
ASSEMBLY
OF
THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:
Section
1.
Section
635.2,
subsection
2,
Code
2017,
is
amended
to
read
as
follows:
2.
The
name
and
address
of
the
surviving
spouse
,
and
the
name
and
relationship
of
each
beneficiary
in
a
testate
estate
or
known
heirs
in
an
intestate
estate
.
Sec.
2.
Section
635.2,
Code
2017,
is
amended
by
adding
the
following
new
subsection:
NEW
SUBSECTION
.
2A.
The
name
and
relationship
of
each
heir
so
far
as
known
to
the
petitioner
in
an
intestate
estate.
