The museum shall be administered by the adjutant general.</xhtml:p></xhtml:div><xhtml:div class="subsection"><xhtml:div class="heading"><xhtml:span class="identifier">2</xhtml:span></xhtml:div><xhtml:p class="para">The adjutant general may appoint a museum director and such other personnel from the full-time equivalent positions authorized the department for the purposes of maintaining and operating the Iowa gold star military museum.
