Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 11 and inserting: 2 < (1) Upon request by a peace officer, as defined in section 3 801.4 , civilian employee of a law enforcement agency, or state 4 or federal judicial officer or state or federal prosecutor, 5 United States senator, representative to Congress, statewide 6 elected official, member of the general assembly, member of 7 a county board of supervisors, member of a city council, 8 or member of a school board, the county assessor or the 9 county assessor’s staff, or the county recorder or the county 10 recorder’s staff, shall redact the requestor’s name and all 11 references to the requestor’s address and the address of any 12 business owned in whole or in part by the requestor contained 13 in electronic documents that are displayed for public access 14 through an internet site , whether retrievable by searching the 15 requestor’s full or partial name, by searching the requestor’s 16 address or the requestor’s business’s address, or by searching 17 through other means that would normally reveal the address of 18 the requestor or the requestor’s business’s address, including 19 but not limited to searching by the name of the requestor’s 20 spouse . An electronic search of a requestor’s name shall 21 result in no search results.
