Page 2, by striking lines 2 through 11 and inserting: 2 < BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE SENATE, That Rule 39, 3 subsections 11 and 13, of the Senate rules for the Ninety-first 4 General Assembly, as adopted during the 2025 Session in Senate 5 Resolution 6, are amended as follows: 6 11. Notice of a public subcommittee meeting required under 7 subsection 3 shall be made at least twenty-four hours prior 8 to the time of the meeting. A subcommittee chair must notify 9 the committee chair not later than one legislative day prior 10 to bringing the bill or resolution before the committee. The 11 committee cannot vote on a bill or resolution for at least one 12 full day following the receipt of the subcommittee report by 13 the chairperson. 14 13. Committee meetings and subcommittee meetings shall be 15 open.
