Otherwise,
a
farm

business
may

participate
in
the
program
if
the
farm

business

applied

to

choose

amended
to
read
as
follows:

1.
The
commission
may
sell
or
exchange
such
parts
of
public
3
lands
or
structures
under
the
jurisdiction
of
the
commission
as
4
in
its
judgment
may
be
undesirable
for
conservation
purposes,
5
excepting
state-owned
meandered
lands
already
surveyed
and
6
platted
at
state
expense
as
a
conservation
plan
and
project
7
tentatively
adopted
and
now
in
the
process
of
rehabilitation
8
and
development
authorized
by
a
special
legislative
Act.
The
9
sale
or
exchange
shall
be
made
upon
the
terms,
conditions
,
10
or
considerations
as
the
commission
may
approve,
whereupon
11
the
secretary
of
state
shall
issue
a
patent
therefor
in
the
12
manner
provided
by
law
in
other
cases.
Moneys
generated
from
13
any
such
sale
from
a
state
park
shall
be
deposited
in
the
14
state
conservation
fund
created
in
section
456A.17
and
are
15
appropriated
to
the
department
to
be
used
exclusively
for
16
structure
or
infrastructure
costs
at
the
specific
state
park
17
from
which
the
moneys
were
generated.
The
proceeds
of
any
18
other
such
sale
or
exchange
shall
become
a
part
of
the
funds
19
moneys
to
be
expended
under
the
provisions
of
this
chapter
.
