In addition to the requirements under subsection 1, a 25 person shall not provide substance use disorder services at a 26 psychiatric medical institution for children unless the person 27 holds a license under section 125.13. The department of health 28 and human services shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A 29 to create an expedited process for a person to simultaneously 30 obtain a license under section 125.13 and a license as a 31 comprehensive residential facility for children under chapter 32 237. > 33 4.
