Upon receipt of a notice that a 15 community college and an employer have entered into an 16 agreement, the department of revenue shall provide a copy of 17 the agreement to the department of workforce development for 18 review. The department of workforce development may provide 19 feedback regarding the agreement to the department of revenue 20 within seven calendar days after the date of receipt of the 21 copy of the agreement.
