Page 3, by striking lines 21 through 33 and inserting: 3 < 1. The business court shall consist of two judges. 4 2. a. On the effective date of this Act, the supreme 5 court shall determine from among the judges then serving in 6 the existing business specialty court two judges to serve 7 exclusively as full-time judges of the business court. 8 b. If fewer than two judges from the existing business 9 specialty court seek appointment to serve as full-time judges 10 of the business court, the remaining vacancy or vacancies shall 11 be nominated and appointed as provided in chapter 46. 12 3. After the initial appointments under subsection 2, any 13 vacancy on the business court shall be nominated and appointed 14 as provided in chapter 46. 15 4. In addition to the judges appointed or designated under 16 this section, the supreme court may assign as visiting judges 17 of the business court district court judges and senior judges. > 18 3.
