Courts shall have access to criminal background 9 information, including national crime information center data. 10 b. A county attorney shall have access to criminal 11 background information, including national crime information 12 center data. 13 c. Law enforcement shall be present. 14 2. A person is not eligible to participate in the warrant 15 resolution program if the person’s warrant is for any of the 16 following, based upon a criminal background check: 17 a. A sex offense. 18 b. A probation violation. 19 c. A parole violation. 20 d. A felony warrant. 21 e. A domestic violence or abuse violation. 22 f. A violent misdemeanor. > 23 2.
