Any victim counselor or crime victim 7 center participating in good faith in the disclosing or not 8 disclosing of information reasonably related to a clear, 9 imminent risk of serious physical injury or death of the victim 10 or another person shall have immunity from any liability, civil 11 or criminal, arising out of a disclosure or nondisclosure under 12 this section.
