As part 10 of that inquiry or investigation, and in accordance with the 11 Iowa rules of civil procedure, the board may issue a subpoena 12 for the production of records, including but not limited to 13 books, accounts, papers, correspondence, memoranda, files, 14 or other documents in a print or electronic format. If a person 17 refuses compliance, the board may seek enforcement by the 18 district court. 19 3.
