Be subject to and comply with the 6 requirements of section 280.32A relating to drinking water 7 nitrate-nitrogen concentrations in the same manner as a school 8 district. 9 Sec. ___. Section 256F.4, subsection 2, Code 2026, is 10 amended by adding the following new paragraph: 11 NEW PARAGRAPH . w. Be subject to and comply with the 12 requirements of section 280.32A relating to drinking water 13 nitrate-nitrogen concentrations in the same manner as a school 14 district. 15 Sec. ___. NEW SECTION . 280.32A Drinking water —— nitrate 16 and nitrogen concentrations. 17 The board of directors of each school district shall 18 ensure the provision of the drinking water at schools with 19 nitrate-nitrogen concentrations of no higher than three 20 milligrams per liter. 21 Sec. ___. SCHOOLS —— DRINKING WATER.
