Section 2.9, subsection 1, Code 2026, is amended 4 by adding the following new paragraphs: 5 NEW PARAGRAPH . c. The secretary of the senate shall 6 publish the English language proficiency examination score, as 7 reported by the department of transportation, for every member 8 of the senate in the journal for the senate and on the general 9 assembly’s internet site. 10 NEW PARAGRAPH . d. The chief clerk of the house 11 of representatives shall publish the English language 12 proficiency examination score, as reported by the department 13 of transportation, for every member of the house of 14 representatives in the journal for the house of representatives 15 and on the general assembly’s internet site. 16 Sec. ___.
