HOSPITAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES ELECTIONS. 5 Notwithstanding section 347.9, for elections held pursuant 6 to section 347.9 in 2026, if there are seven trustees on the 7 board and five trustees are to be elected, the four elected who 8 receive the highest number of votes are elected for four-year 9 terms.
