An employer, other than a small business, shall report 6 annually to the department of workforce development, in a time 7 and manner established by the department, how the employer 8 used any savings received by the employer as a result of this 9 Act for the purposes provided in subsection 1 in the previous 10 calendar year. The report shall include quantified data on the 11 use of such savings.
