This Act takes effect upon the publication date of the 4 issue of the Iowa administrative bulletin that includes notice 5 by the director of the department of natural resources stating 6 that the federal government has confirmed that the enactment 7 of this Act will not affect funding received by the department 8 of natural resources under the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife 9 Restoration Act or Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act 10 pursuant to 50 C.F.R. pt. 80. 11 2. The department of natural resources shall send a copy 12 of the notice to the Code editor at least two weeks prior to 13 the publication date of the Iowa administrative bulletin as 14 described in subsection 1. > 15 2.
