allocate

more
than
$300,000
for
the
purposes
of
supporting
statewide

worker
education
and
quality
preapprenticeship
programs.

Notwithstanding
section
15.335B,
subsection

the

moneys
appropriated
in
this
subparagraph,
$300,000
is
allocated

to
the
economic
development
authority
for
certification

costs
associated
with
the
authority’s
certified
site
program.

Moneys
allocated
in
this
subparagraph
division
must
be
used
to

certify
sites
in
counties
with
a
population
of
less
than
50,000

according
to
the
2020
federal
decennial
census
and
to
certify

at
least
two
sites
in
each
congressional
district.
