Unless agreed to by the county 10 attorney, the defendant, and the court, subsections 6, 7, 8, 11 and 9 shall not apply to a defendant on probation for any of the 12 following offenses: 13 a. A misdemeanor conviction for an offense requiring the 14 defendant to register as a sex offender under section 692A.103. 15 b. A misdemeanor conviction under chapter 708. 16 c. A misdemeanor conviction for assault with the intent to 17 commit sexual abuse under section 709.11. 18 d. A misdemeanor conviction for false imprisonment under 19 section 710.7. 20 e. A misdemeanor conviction for child endangerment under 21 section 726.6. 22 f. A misdemeanor conviction for trespass committed by 23 placing or using cameras or electronic surveillance devices 24 under section 727.8A. 25 g. A misdemeanor conviction for any other offense that 26 resulted in the physical harm of another person. 27 NEW SUBSECTION . 13. A defendant on probation shall not be 28 eligible to accrue any credits provided for under subsections 29 6, 7, 8, and 9 until any terms of probation requiring that the 30 defendant attend classes, courses, or treatment, including but 31 not limited to domestic abuse classes, parenting classes, or 32 substance abuse treatment, have been fulfilled. > 33 5.
