Sale

real
property
to
other

educational
institutions.

1.
The
board
of
directors
of
a
school
district
shall
not

enter
into
any
agreement
that
prohibits
the
sale
of
real

property
to
an
educational
institution.

If
the
board
of
directors
of
a
school
district
offers

to
sell
real
property
that
contains
a
building
or
structure,
8
and
an
educational
institution
offers
to
purchase
such
real
9
property
for
a
purchase
price
that
represents
the
highest
bid
10
the
board
of
directors
of
the
school
district
received
for
11
the
real
property,
then
the
board
of
directors
of
the
school
12
district
shall
sell
the
real
property
to
the
educational
13
institution
for
such
purchase
price.

purposes

this
section,
“educational
institution”

means

of

school
district.
