Section 200.11, Code 2024, is amended to read as 3 follows: 4 200.11 Filler material. 5 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, offer 6 for sale or sell in this state, any commercial fertilizer, or 7 soil conditioner containing any substance used as a filler that 8 is injurious to crop growth or deleterious to the soil, or to 9 use in such commercial fertilizer, or soil conditioner as a 10 filler any substance that contains inert or useless plant food 11 material for the purpose or with the effect of deceiving or 12 defrauding the purchaser. 13 2. A manufacturer, seller, and distributor shall provide 14 information in writing to a buyer or recipient of a fertilizer 15 or soil conditioner regarding the results of testing for the 16 presence of a perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substance. > 17 2.
