restrictions

license

or
collision.

receiving
a
record
of
the
licensee’s
conviction

violation
of
a
law
of
this
state
or
a
city
ordinance

regulating
the
operation
of
motor
vehicles
on
highways
other

than
parking
violations
as
described
in
section
321.210.
