The department shall suspend 3 a special minor’s restricted license for three months, as 4 follows: 5 a. Upon receiving satisfactory evidence that the licensee 6 violated the restrictions of the license or was at fault in an 7 accident or collision. 8 b. Upon receiving a record of the licensee’s conviction 9 for one violation of a law of this state or a city ordinance 10 regulating the operation of motor vehicles on highways other 11 than parking violations as described in section 321.210. > 12 9.
