A
person
shall

use,
market,

flower
form

hemp
for
the
purposes

inhalation

described

subsection

raw
or
dried
flower
form
of
hemp
marketed
or

distributed
within
this
state
shall
contain
the
following

the
raw

dried
product

consumption
in
conjunction
with
