the

preparing
students

the

The
task
force
shall
include
the
following
voting

members:

(1)
One
representative
of
an
employee
organization
that

represents
teachers
licensed
by
the
board
of
educational

examiners.

(2)
One
representative
of
an
employee
organization
that

represents
administrators
licensed
by
the
board
of
educational

examiners.

(3)
One
representative
of
a
statewide
organization
that

represents
members
of
the
boards
of
directors
of
school

districts.

One
representative
of
a
statewide
organization
that

represents
schools
located
in
rural
areas.

The
task
force
shall
include
the
following
ex
officio,

nonvoting
legislative
