(1) Paragraph “a” shall be implemented, including 4 administered and enforced by the department of agriculture 5 and land stewardship, on and after the publication date of 6 the issue of the Iowa administrative bulletin that includes 7 a notice by the secretary of agriculture stating any of the 8 following: 9 (a) Federal law, including a statute or regulation, allows 10 for the implementation. 11 (b) The United States department of agriculture has 12 delivered to the department of agriculture and land stewardship 13 an official approval of the implementation in writing. 14 (2) The department of agriculture and land stewardship 15 shall send a copy of the notice to the Iowa Code editor at 16 least two weeks prior to the publication date of the Iowa 17 administrative bulletin as described in subparagraph (1). 18 (3) This paragraph is repealed on the date that paragraph 19 “a” is implemented. > 20 3.
