CCS-2109 REPORT OF THE CONFERENCE COMMITTEE 1 ON SENATE FILE 2109 2 To the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House 3 of Representatives: 4 We, the undersigned members of the conference committee 5 appointed to resolve the differences between the Senate and 6 House of Representatives on Senate File 2109, a bill for an Act 7 relating to the driving privileges of persons under eighteen 8 years of age, and making penalties applicable, respectfully 9 make the following report: 10 1. That the House recedes from its amendment, S-5152. 11 2. That Senate File 2109, as amended, passed, and reprinted 12 by the Senate, is amended to read as follows: 13 1. Page 3, line 32, by striking < under the age of sixteen > 14 and inserting < between the ages of fourteen and eighteen years > 15 2. Page 4, line 1, by striking < state. > and inserting 16 < state, and has held such permit for a minimum of six months 17 prior to applying for the special minor’s restricted license. > 18 3. While a licensee is operating a motor vehicle as 9 described in this subsection, the licensee shall carry a copy 10 of the written consent form in the vehicle and present the form 11 for inspection upon request by a certified peace officer. > 12 5.
