moneys
appropriated
to
the

judicial
branch

that
remain
unencumbered
or

unobligated
at
the
close
of
the
fiscal
year
shall
not
revert

to
the
general
fund
of
the
state
but
shall
remain
available

to
the
judicial
branch
for
expenditure
for
juvenile
court

services,

delinquent
graduated
sanctions
services,
and

court-ordered
services,
including
but
not
limited
to
qualified

expenses
