Video
conferences
in

judicial
proceedings.

Upon
motion
of
any
party
in
a
criminal,
juvenile,
or

postconviction
relief
proceeding,
a
judicial
proceeding
may
7
be
conducted
by
video
conference
when
appropriate
technology
8
is
available
and
if
the
proceeding
can
be
conducted
in
an
9
efficient
manner
and
does
not
prejudice
a
substantial
right
10
of
any
party.
The
motion
must
include
a
statement
that
the
11
party
has
been
advised
and
consents
to
the
request
for
a
video
12
conference
proceeding.
Any
party
may
file
a
resistance
to
13
the
proceeding
being
conducted
by
video
conference.
When
a
14
proceeding
is
uncontested,
a
denial
of
a
motion
to
conduct
15
a
proceeding
by
video
conference
must
include
a
good
cause
16
determination.
