department
of
corrections

allowed

take
the
examination
for
a
license
to

practice
barbering.

A
barbershop
may
create
a
barbering
apprenticeship

training
program
registered
by
the
office
of
apprenticeship
of

United
States
department
of
labor.
A
person
supervising

apprentices
shall
be
a
barber
licensed
pursuant
to
this
chapter

barbershop
shall
provide
the

of
each
apprentice

more
than
twenty
dollars
