personnel
classified
as
park
rangers
and

conservation
officers.
The
study
shall
evaluate
the
degree
to

which
it
is
necessary
or
desirable
to
reorganize
department

of
natural
resources’
law
enforcement
personnel
in
order
to
5
improve
their
efficiency
and
effectiveness.
The
department
6
of
administrative
services
shall
employ
a
professional
7
consultant
to
conduct
the
study
or
assist
the
department
of
8
administrative
services
in
conducting
the
study.
Based
on
the
9
study,
the
department
of
administrative
services
shall
submit
10
a
report
to
the
governor,
the
director
of
the
department
of
11
natural
resources,
and
the
general
assembly
not
later
than
12
December
30,
2022.
The
report
shall
include
the
findings
and
13
recommendations
of
the
department
of
administrative
services
14
and
the
professional
consultant
employed
by
the
department.
If
15
the
report
recommends
the
reorganization
of
the
department
of
16
natural
resources’
law
enforcement
personnel,
it
shall
include
17
a
plan
of
reorganization
including
proposed
statutory
changes.
