The department, by December 31 of each year, shall 24 submit a report to the general assembly stating the number 25 of residences occupied by departmental employees within 26 state parks, forests, or preserves; the condition of those 27 residences; moneys expended by the department to repair and 28 maintain those residences during the prior year; and the amount 29 of moneys required to repair and maintain those residences 30 during the next year. > 31 5.
