Section 256.11, subsection 10, unnumbered 4 paragraph 1, as amended by 2021 Iowa Acts, House File 868, 5 section 24, if enacted, is amended to read as follows: 6 The state board shall establish, and the department shall 7 use, for the school year commencing July 1, 2021, and each 8 succeeding school year, an accreditation, monitoring, and 9 enforcement process for school districts and nonpublic schools , 10 including charter schools in accordance with section 256E.7, 11 subsection 2, paragraph “g” , and section 256F.4, subsection 12 2, paragraph “0j” , seeking accreditation pursuant to this 13 subsection and subsections 11 and 12.
