pump
is
registered
with
the

department
as
a
servicer
in
accordance

employs
a
person
so
registered

owner

may
open
the
motor
fuel
pump,
break
the

department’s
seal,
recalibrate
the
measuring
mechanism
if

necessary,

reseal

long
as
the

department
is
notified

recalibration
within
forty-eight

on

form
in

for
the
task

task
force
shall
prepare
and
submit

report

assembly
not
later
than
December

The
report
shall
include
findings
and
recommendations,

including
any
proposed
legislation,
and
a
suggested
timeline

of
the
task
force’s
recommendations.
